When I drink tea I am conscious of peace. – Lo Tung --- AKSHR

When I drink tea I am conscious of peace.

The cool breath of heaven rises in my sleeves,

and blows my cares away. – Lo Tung

When I drink tea, I am conscious of peace,

A sense of serenity that never ceases,

The cool breath of heaven rises in my sleeves,

And blows my cares away, like autumn leaves.

The tea, a soothing elixir, brings me calm,

And in its warm embrace, I find my psalm,

The world outside fades away, and I am free,

To bask in the tranquility of the tea.

The aroma of the leaves, a symphony of delight,

Fills my senses, and lifts my spirit high,

The flavors dance on my tongue, a joyful sight,

And I am lost in the beauty of the tea's light.

So here I'll sit, and sip my tea,

And let the world drift away, like a dream,

For in this moment, I am free,

And at peace, with the tea's gentle stream.

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy tea and that's kind of the same thing. – Unknown --- AKSHR

You can't buy happiness, but you can buy tea and that's kind of the same thing.

 Unknown

Oh, the joys of tea, a drink divine,

A sip of which can make my heart entwine

With happiness, a feeling so serene,

A sensation that can't be gleaned

From wealth or riches, no matter the sum,

For true contentment is found in the hum

Of a tea kettle's gentle whistle,

As it brews a blend, a true delight

For in a cup of tea, I find my peace

A moment's respite from life's ceaseless pace

A chance to slow down, to ponder and seize

The beauty of the present, a true release

So though you can't buy happiness with gold

You can buy tea, and that's a start to unfold

A path to joy, a journey to explore

A treasure that can never be poor

So let us raise a cup, and toast to tea

A drink that brings us happiness, wild and free

For in its warm embrace, we find our peace

And a sense of contentment, a true release.

“Sleep is such a luxury, which I can’t afford.” - Robin Sikarwar ..... AKSHR

“Sleep is such a luxury, which I can’t afford.”

- Robin Sikarwar

Sleep, oh sleep, a luxury so divine,

A respite from the world, a time to unwind.

But for me, it's a privilege, hard to find,

A blessing that eludes, a dream that's hard to bind.

The nights are long, the days are short,

My eyelids heavy, my mind a thought.

I crave the rest, the peaceful reprieve,

But sleep, it flees, a mirage, hard to believe.

The world outside, a cacophony,

A symphony of sounds, a constant hum.

The worries and cares, they never cease,

A never-ending battle, a war without peace.

But still, I dream, I dream of rest,

A place where my weary soul can find its nest.

A place where the world, it slows its pace,

A place where I can find some grace.

So I close my eyes, I wish and hope,

For just one night, a peaceful scope.

But alas, it's just a dream, a fleeting thought,

Sleep, that elusive luxury, hard to bought.

“Insomnia is a vertiginous lucidity that can convert ” - Emil Cioran .... AKSHR

“Insomnia is a vertiginous lucidity that can convert

paradise itself into a place of torture.” - Emil Cioran

Insomnia, oh insomnia, a wakeful curse,

A lucidity that pierces through the night's purse,

A vertiginous descent into a hell of wake,

Where paradise itself becomes a place of take.

The stars above, they twinkle and they shine,

But bring no rest, no peace, no slumber divine,

The mind races on, a wild and endless ride,

As the body suffers, tired and worn inside.

The sheets are tangled, the pillow is wrong,

The mattress sags, the bed is too long,

The room is hot, the window's closed tight,

And still, the mind refuses to take flight.

The clock ticks on, the minutes crawl by,

The hours stretch out, a never-ending sky,

The dawn approaches, but no relief in sight,

The insomniac's night, a endless plight.

Oh, for a few hours of peaceful sleep,

To escape this torment, this wakeful deep,

To find respite from this lucid hell,

And let the body and mind take their spell.

But alas, the insomnia holds sway,

And paradise is lost in endless gray,

A place of torture, where dreams are few,

And wakefulness, the only thing that's true.

“A night full of nightmares is way better than a sleepless one.” - Mokokoma Mokhonoana .... AKSHR

“A night full of nightmares is way better than a sleepless one.”

- Mokokoma Mokhonoana

A night full of nightmares, oh so divine,

Better than a sleepless one, so fine.

For in the depths of dreams, we find our fears,

And face them, and conquer them, through tears.

The nightmares, they may be dark and grim,

But they show us the strength we have within.

We fight and we struggle, we scream and we cry,

But we rise again, to the morning light.

For in the darkness, we find our strength,

And in the nightmares, we find our length.

So let us embrace the night and its fears,

And face them head on, with dry eyes and clear.

For a night full of nightmares is way better,

Than a sleepless one, with naught but dread and dismay.

For in the dreams, we find our power and might,

And rise again, to the light of the morning bright.
