If the Doors of Perception
If the doors of perception
were cleansed,
Everything would
appear as it is, indefinite.
Colors would
not be seen as colors,
but
rather each and every thing
would be
seen as itself:
a field
of energy with a pulsing center.
Without the filter of the self,
there would be no suffering.
Without resistance,
there could be
no need to strive.
Without striving,
there could be no failure.
There would only be
space for a sense of wonder.
