today is beautiful and so are you

 

This is your body, not a place you visit

Without this body, there is no you.

 

Your right foot feels heavy as a stone,

 

your left leg has fallen asleep,

but your mind can’t be weighed and measured.

Your consciousness has no volume or weight.
