A Determined Act of Love

 

mind is cause of misery, how to see without mind, how to see without choice

 

mind is so many dirty windows

 

we can’t clean, can’t open, can’t see through

 

when mind is a rapist, a gangster, gun in hand

 

it steals our peace of heart and locks it in a box

 

wanting freedom we go to war with the mind 

for years and years until we give up or drop dead.

But what if we could see without mind?

 

What if we could see with love?

 

We would see the world is not a dirty window at all. 

We would see the world is a clean window, clean and clear and free of dust. 

We would see beauty in every blade of grass, in every flower, in every tree. 

We would see the sky is blue and the sun is bright and that everything is perfect just as it is.
