Unexpressed emotions will never die.

They are buried alive and will come forth

later in uglier ways

 

So speak and say what’s on your mind

or you will be sorry for it someday.

Without expression, there will be no release.

Explosions result from pressure building up inside.

 

You must open the windows of your soul every day

and let the fresh air of freedom come in. 

If you don’t,

the stale air of repression will poison you,

crushing your creative power.

you need to get it out.
