The art of losing's not too hard to master

though it may look like (Write it!) like disaster.

Without the art of losing you could not master

the art of winning for sure.

 

The way it is, the losing days are packed with action

like a film run backwards in slow motion.

Without the art of losing you would never know

how hard it is to win. You'd go on thinking it was easy.

And so, like any good teacher, the art of losing shows us how

to win by learning how to lose. It's not an easy lesson to learn.
